PECB signs a partnership agreement with Outlook Technology & Business Consultancy
24 June 2019 PECB, a global leading provider of comprehensive examination and certification services, is delighted to announce a new partnership agreement with Outlook Technology & Business Consultancy, a management consulting and training provider for individuals and companies. This partnership will bring expertise and knowledge which will, in turn, expand our ability to provide a full spectrum of services in order for our customers to gain a great value from PECB Training Courses.

Outlook Technology and Business Consultancy will promote PECB brand in Cambodia by making training and exams available to the candidates. “From our perspective, it will help us as top provider of training on Information Security and Quality Management systems in Cambodia and nearby markets.
Currently, our clients need to attend other APAC countries’ training sessions or get trainers from another APAC country to come to Cambodia. However, we would like to improve the quality of service to our clients by having PECB trainers available in country and serviced by a Cambodian training provider. This will improve the quality and price of training classes,” said Victoria Ngo Phat, Chairwoman of Outlook Technology & Business Consultancy.
“In addition, we will use referrals, digital marketing, and social media marketing to increase sales of PECB products. Our focus would be Information Security, Quality Management, and Business Continuity Management to start with.
