TALENT MATCH - Perform an INTERNATIONAL (developed by JG Sassenberg) personal competency assessment.
DEVELOPMENT REPORT - The development report outlines the required actions for behavioral competence improvement and strengths.
COMPETENCIES - We develop our Individual Development Planning (IDP) tool for each candidate.
COACHING & MENTORING - Coaching and Mentoring will be run in pre-arranged sessions with your subject matter expert.
INTERVIEW PRACTICE - Individuals will be prepared for a real-life interview process.
