Dr. Bashkim Isufi has been a certified PECB Trainer since 2018 and holds several ISO certifications from PECB, including ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, and ISO 21500. He has earned multiple qualifications from accredited organizations in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and has successfully led various management and leadership programs. Dr. Isufi was one of the first professors at PECB University, where he taught courses such as Research Methodology and Strategic Marketing Management. He also teaches business courses and supervises high-level studies at UNICAF University and its partner institutions. His extensive professional and academic background includes roles in national and international organizations such as the UN, OSCE, and the Kosovo Government. In addition to serving as a professor at Iliria College and UNICAF University, he has led numerous projects and development initiatives. Dr. Isufi has also provided consultancy services across various sectors, with a focus on strategic planning, leadership, and organizational development.
