I am writing to outline my extensive experience and successful track record in Senior, Board and Executive Operational Management positions. I have over 30 years’ worth of experience across sectors having worked for some foremost International corporations and institutions. I have held Executive positions in Operational Roles as well as Commercial Business Operations; I am continuously updating my knowledge in my area of expertise. I believe that my strong background, academic and hands-on experience within a commercial environment and extensive experience in South Africa, East Africa and Europe, make me an appropriate trainer within the industry. I currently run my own business, Business Risk Mitigation Pty. Ltd. and have held senior positions for leading companies such as G4S, De Beers, the Omega Group, Chubb and Rentrak amongst others. I continually received excellent feedback from my employers, which proves my strong commitment to perform my responsibilities in a professional and effective manner. Furthermore, I am well adept in relationship management with high profile clients and stakeholders and I am able adapt to a continually changing market. My most recent challenge has included the integration of the Fidelity Security Group, Southern Africa’s leading integrated security solutions provider, following the financial conclusion of its acquisition of ADT South Africa from Tyco for R 2 billion. Responsibilities included: # Ensuring that the groundwork is concluded for the new entity, Fidelity ADT – aimed at providing an end-to-end integrated security solution for customers across the commercial, public sector and residential markets # Detailed integration of the two commercial technology businesses # Oversight of services supplied to the banking sector within South Africa
