Mostafa AlShamy is the Consultancy and Audit Manager at EGYBYTE Company, an audit, assessment, consultancy and training Services Provider headquartered in Cairo and offering professional consultancy services on governance, ITSM, ISM and management systems. He advises organizations on governance and management systems standards and trains their employees to increase their skills and change their behavior. He is completing a Ph.D. degree at AAST’s College of Computing and Information Technology on Organization Transformation based on Knowledge. He has participated and managed many Governance, ITSM, ISM and BCM projects in the MENA region with high customer satisfaction and recognition. Mostafa has delivered technical and management training courses to thousands of delegates in the MEA region in Arabic and English.
