Eric Sambu, a Ceritifed Public Accountant, holds Bachelor of Laws (LLB ), Master of Arts in Revenue Law and Administration (University of Dar es Salaam), MBA (Moi University), Master of Arts in Governance and Leadership (The Open University of Tanzania), CPA(K), CPS(K) and he is a PhD in Management (Corporate Governance) Candidate at the University of Dar es Salaam. He is a member of ICPAK,  Institute of Certified Secretaries, Kenya Institute of Management, Institute of Human Resources Management,  ASIS (USA), NBAA (TZ) and The Chartered Governance Institute -ICSA (UK). He is an Accredited Governance Auditor by ICS, a PECB ISO 18788 certified Senior Lead Implementer and Auditor of QMS systems (ISO 9001:2015) and a Certified Governance Professional (CGP) from the Chartered Governance Institute (UK). He is a trainer in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Taxation, Directorship, Reporting and ISO Certification and Audit. He facilitates in most of the professional bodies' CPD programs. He has been a member of various boards. He is currently the Managing Director of SGA Security, and based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
