An accomplished certified ISO 31000 Senior Lead Risk Manager; with an extensive background guiding organizations in the application of ISO and COSO risk management principles to achieve and strengthen their strategic objectives and outcomes. I have over fourteen (15) years’ experience in Strategic Management and Planning, ten (10) years of which have been in the capacity of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager. I have been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing ERM in Tax Administration Jamaica and the Forestry Department of Jamaica. Facilitator and participant at several Risk Management Workshops across the Caribbean, staged by the International Monetary Fund’s - SEMCAR Strategic Management Project. Currently serve as Director ERM in the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service and in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as a Short-Term Expert providing technical assistant in the capacity of Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool Assessor, working throughout the Central and Eastern Caribbean  and Africa. I also offer consultation services locally and internationally in, strategic management and planning, enterprise risk management implementation, business continuity management and the writing effective policy and procedure manuals. My clientele spans both public and private sector organizations. My ultimate goal is to empower organizations to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance.
